I love selling and my vision is to inspire others to discover that love in themselves. Then more sales, more time and more life will follow – and the circle is complete.
To me, sales is not just a job, but a calling. I have a deep passion for what I do, and my clients can feel that. My work is built on two fundamental pillars: enthusiasm and empathy. Empathy doesn’t just mean offering a kind word of encouragement, but also providing unwavering yet constructive feedback where needed.
With a strong background in sales, including successful roles with prominent companies, I took the entrepreneurial leap in 2013 and established my own sales agency. Over the course of just four years, I developed the agency into a leading authority in customer-centric emotional selling within the Ruhr region. In 2017, I achieved a successful exit from the agency and have since dedicated my efforts to consulting and training small and medium-sized businesses in sales.
I firmly believe that success in sales requires more than just a good product or service. I am passionate about providing exciting and innovative ideas that can give my clients new insights and impulses to drive their sales performance. My approach is focused on enabling top salespeople to have a clear understanding of the impact they have on their counterparts, allowing them to better understand the needs of their conversation partners and react appropriately to drive success. My mission is to help my clients achieve more sales and increased profits, greater efficiency in their sales processes, more satisfied and loyal customers, and a more motivated sales team.
