My Vision

I love selling and my vision is to inspire others to discover that love in themselves. Then more sales, more time and more life will follow – and the circle is complete.
To me, sales is not just a job, but a calling. I have a deep passion for what I do, and my clients can feel that. My work is built on two fundamental pillars: enthusiasm and empathy. Empathy doesn’t just mean offering a kind word of encouragement, but also providing unwavering yet constructive feedback where needed.
With a strong background in sales, including successful roles with prominent companies, I took the entrepreneurial leap in 2013 and established my own sales agency. Over the course of just four years, I developed the agency into a leading authority in customer-centric emotional selling within the Ruhr region. In 2017, I achieved a successful exit from the agency and have since dedicated my efforts to consulting and training small and medium-sized businesses in sales.

Strategy workshop / Lunch and Learn
In my two-hour "Lunch and Learn" session, we dive into your unique goals, wishes, possibilities, and strategies. We dive into your goals, wishes, possibilities, and strategies to create a plan tailored specifically to your needs. You will have your first introduction to the innovative 'Animal Personality Model', and discover how it can revolutionize your sales performance.
Conception
We develop a training and coaching concept, taking into account your goals, important environmental factors and the individual strengths and weaknesses of your team, and present it to you personally.
Training / Workshops
As the next step in my progress, I will begin training and coaching your employees based on the customized program we have developed together. I'll use interactive training sessions and practical coaching to ensure that your team fully understands the concepts and strategies presented. My focus is on creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment that motivates your team and drives success. I'll give your employees the opportunity to practice what they've learned and instill in them the desire to implement these new approaches in their daily work. Together, we'll transform your sales team into a high-performing group that's ready to take on any challenge!
Anchoring
With my sustainability concept in place, the experience and knowledge gained through our training and coaching sessions will become ingrained as a new routine. Your employees will confidently use the tools and strategies they've learned to navigate any change process they encounter. As a result, change will be experienced positively and embraced as an opportunity for growth. I am committed to helping your team develop the skills and mindset necessary to achieve lasting success in the ever-changing sales landscape.
Refresher
After a few weeks/months, we review the sustainability of the measures together. If necessary, we develop small, highly individualized training sessions with the goal of taking as many employees as possible along on the path to the desired change.
